Who is responsible

LEDLIGHTINGS LTD., Bulgaria (company ID 204173724) runs this website and is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

When you use the contact form: your name (optional), e-mail address, the topic and your message. Nothing else is collected through this site.

Why

Only to answer you and, for a distributor application, to check the company and its VAT number. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not use the data for advertising and do not sell it.

Who else handles it

Our hosting provider (servers in the EU); Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site and runs the spam check on the forms; Mailjet (France), which sends the e-mail with your message to our mailbox; Google (Gmail), where we read and answer it. A VAT number is checked in VIES, the European Commission's service. Each of them handles the data only for this purpose.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. Cloudflare can set a short-lived technical cookie to tell people from bots; the spam check on the forms works the same way.

How long we keep it

Messages and applications are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact and then deleted. If we start working together, the documents of that work are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit its use, to object to it and to receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
